Using Our Services
You may use Anichat for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you comply with these Terms and applicable law.
When you download the app from the Apple App Store or another app store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Anichat, not the app store. The app store is not responsible for maintenance, support, warranty claims, product claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property claims, or legal compliance claims related to the app. You must also follow the applicable app store terms.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
You are responsible for your conduct when using Anichat. You agree not to interfere with the service, restrict another user from using it, promote illegal activity, harass or threaten other users, impersonate another person, solicit passwords or personal information, run unauthorized commercial activity, offer access to your account to others, use the service for fraud or illegal purposes, or otherwise create liability for Anichat.
You also agree not to send content that promotes hatred, harassment, stalking, threats, violence, unsolicited mass messaging, misleading or illegal activity, explicit sexual material, copyright infringement, malware, or anything else that violates these Terms or creates liability.
Content You Provide
You are responsible for the text, images, videos, and other content you transmit through Anichat. You must have the right to publish what you send. Your content remains yours, but by sharing it through the service you allow Anichat to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and transmit it as needed to provide the service and make it available to users you authorize.
Anichat may review, delete, or modify content if it is believed to violate these Terms, threaten safety, harm another person, or create liability. Anichat may investigate violations, suspend or terminate accounts, stop providing services, report matters to law enforcement, and access or disclose information or content when necessary to comply with legal requests, protect systems and users, or operate the service.
Copyright Policy
Anichat may remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright after receiving notice from the copyright owner or authorized agent. Copyright notices should include the claimant's signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and authorized.

Termination
Anichat may terminate or suspend your account or access to all or part of the services at any time and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. After termination, you may no longer be able to access the services through your account.
Disclaimer
Your access to and use of Anichat is at your own risk. User content and interactions are your responsibility. The services are provided as available and without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, accurate, complete, or current. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anichat disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Anichat harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services, content you provide, or breach of these Terms.
When permitted by law, Anichat is not responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, exemplary damages, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the services and will not exceed $50.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Anichat for the subject matter. The Terms may be changed from time to time. Continued use after changes go into effect means you agree to the revised Terms.
